Delivery

We deliver to many countries and cannot dispatch or process orders for U.K or International delivery’s on Saturdays, Sundays and British Public Holidays. All international orders will be processed in normal working hours/days of U.K time.

The delivery cost indicated on this website is a guide only, if actual cost is higher than indicated, once we start to process your order, we will contact you via email to advise the actual cost. You will have the option to accept, if not we will cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Security Checks

In order to protect you from fraudulent card use on our website, all orders are subject to security screening. Any irregularities found may mean your order is not processed.

Taxes & Duties

Deliveries within the EU will incur no import or export duties. Some international deliveries may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies, or import duty on Lexus International Ltd purchases.

You are responsible for checking import thresholds or duties for your delivery address before placing an order. It is also your responsibility to ensure any products you order comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country or region.

We will endeavour to assist you if customs related restrictions or delays arise when you order from us, but we are unable to provide local support.

Manufacture and Warranties

For some products, manufacturer warranties and manufacturer service options may not be valid in international territories. Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be printed in local languages.

International Returns

Please read our returns and refunds policy, and also ensure that the product can be returned and that you have not missed any deadlines.

The returns procedure is as follows:

  1. Log into your account and complete the returns request form.We will then email you a returns reference number (RRN). If the RRN number is not written obtained it will delay the processing of the return, once goods arrive back to our warehouse.
  2. Once you receive this RRN, Enter this number onto the Returns dispatch Note, pluscomplete the returns information. Send the section of the Returns form with the goods.
  3. As per terms and conditions, goods must be in original unused condition and packed to arrive with us safely.
  4. When you return the goods ensure that method of sending is via a proof of delivery method.We cannot credit goods lost in transit.
