We offer the following delivery options, we deliver to U.K, Europe and internationally, the following is a guide of costs and timescales.

Carriers normally deliver between 9.00 am and 5 pm, and all items are sent on a tracked Service, a signature will be required on delivery.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may try your neighbours, or alternatively they will leave a calling card with the details on how to re-arrange delivery. Or depending on the courier a re-delivery attempt may be made without contact.

Please note the above listed timescales are estimates and as such are not guaranteed. Also they exclude Public/Bank Holidays.

Please be aware that during Sale and Xmas periods it may take slightly longer than the delivery time specified to dispatch your parcel due to the high volume of orders or the Courier may take longer time to deliver.

Please note deliveries outside of the UK can take anything up to 10 working days and sometimes longer. Check with your local postal service to check if any attempt has been made at delivery as you may have been out when they called.



Returns & Refunds

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase from Lexus.

If for any reason you are not, simply return the item(s) to us in original saleable condition with undamaged packaging in unworn, unused condition, for Refund or Exchange.

For footwear, so that there are no signs of wear they should be tried on a carpet or clean surface.


What is the Returns Procedure?

So that we may keep a track of returns and also make sure we have item for Exchanges, please email us with your request or call us on the following number and obtain a Returns Reference Number.

Once we have given that, please send the goods to our Returns Department, (address below) with your details and the Returns slip that arrived with your Order.


What is the return period?

The Returns must be made within 14 days from date of Delivery.


When will I receive the refund?

Once we receive the item(s) and the item(s) fulfilled our returns conditions, we will refund the amount, normally within 7-10 working Days.

Please remember that payments with credit/debit cards depend on each bank, may take a further few days to show on your account.

If the items do not fulfill the return conditions, a refund will be refused.
In such a case the cost of replacement re-packaging or cleaning cost will be deducted from the refund or you will have to pay for the shipping cost to return the item back to you. We will notify you via email of the situation.


Who pays the Return shipping cost?

Please note that our prices are competitive to start with, it is our company policy not to pay for return postage costs.
